An 18-year-old man found fatally injured at an internet café was today named by devastated family members as Michael Toohey.
Michael died after being attacked in Liverpool city centre on Saturday, April 16. He was taken to the Royal Liverpool Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A murder investigation is now underway and police are keen to speak to anyone who was in the London Road area at around 5.50pm on Saturday. A 34-year-old woman from Fazakerley was arrested on Monday on suspicion of assisting an offender and taken into custody for questioning.

Heartbroken friends and family have now paid tribute on social media to the 18-year-old victim who "had his whole life ahead of him." Posting a tribute on Facebook, Bridget Toohey said: "Rip cuz forever young cousin too good for this world. May you get the best bed in heaven."
Teresa Toohey said: "RIP my beautiful nephew love you with all my heart. I can’t believe it just left you last week always remember your smiling face."
Francie Doran said: " Can’t believe I’m posting this it’s a massive shock. M y thoughts are with my aunt Bridgey, her husband Michael and the family. I can’t imagine how you are all feeling. R.I.P my little cousin Michael Toohey may you get the most comfortable bed."
James Margaret said: " God I really can’t Believe It. The most quiet, harmless old child. Rest In heavenly peace cuz. It really is heartbreaking. God please help my Aunt Bridgey and Michael and all his brothers and sisters to get through this.

Bouquets of flowers have been left at the scene on London Road as the murder investigation continues. Detectives investigating the murder are keen to speak to people who were seen standing at a bus stop on London Road and walking past TJ Hughes at the time of the incident who may have witnessed what happened. They are also appealing to a driver of a vehicle which was seen being driven erratically at the time.
Detective Chief Inspector Terry Davies said: “Although we have made an arrest our enquiries are still ongoing. This incident happened in a busy area of Liverpool City Centre on Saturday evening.
"We know there were a number of people stood at bus stops on London Road, walking past TJ Hughes or driving along London Road who may have witnessed this incident or a vehicle driving erratically at that time. I am keen to appeal to those people to come forward so we can speak to them. Similarly anybody who may have mobile phone footage or dash cam footage then please come forward."
