A stunning hotel estate is launching a new dining experience just half an hour from Bristol. De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton Under Edge is inviting foodies to TIPI 23, its new concept set against a picturesque Cotswolds setting.
Tortworth Court is a historic, Grade II-listed hotel - part of De Vere's collection of mansions and estates - with stunning surroundings situated just north of Bristol making it easily accessible from the motorway. It's just 20 minutes away from Bristol Parkway railway station and 40 minutes from Bristol Airport.
The stylish new TIPI 23 is a dining concept set among the 30 acres of landscaped gardens and manicured lawns that surround the hotel. Its menu has been curated to give diners a unique culinary adventure centring around small plates and tapas-style dishes by Executive Chef, Sumit Arora.

Raphael Herzog, General Manager at De Vere Tortworth Court, said: “We’re so excited to be launching the TIPI, the first of its kind in the area, just in time for summer. Now that the lighter evenings are here, the TIPI allows our guests to spend more time outside, coupled with an exciting dining experience, that we know our guests will love.
"The extra outdoor space adds another dimension to our guests’ experience at De Vere Tortworth Court and we hope that the new menu tantalises the tastebuds! We can’t wait to welcome you.”
The TIPI, which has a capacity of 80, will have tables available to book for dinner every Friday and Saturday from June 16, 2023. It is also available to book for private events all week and the team will be launching a Christmas party concept throughout December, including a silent disco and Christmas platters to share.
Diners can also make a weekend out of their visit by booking a room to stay inside the historic mansion house. Inside, the hotel boasts an elegant interior design and contemporary furnishings that effortlessly complement the classically Victorian features.
It's also currently available on Secret Escapes, where it's listed as "one of the best historic hotels in England".
