There hasn’t been much to love about the Chicago Bears during their Week 4 matchup against the New York Giants. But safety Eddie Jackson remains a bright spot on an underwhelming defense.
Jackson recorded his third interception this year, and we’re just four games into the 2022 season.
Jackson picked off Giants backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor, who took a deep shot in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, the Bears offense didn’t do anything with it, as they went three-and-out.

Matt Eberflus’ defense has provided Jackson an opportunity for a fresh start, where he’s been playing like his All-Pro self from a few years ago. Jackson has accounted for half of Chicago’s takeaways through four games.
The Bears are 12-0 when Jackson intercepts a pass. We’ll see if that stat holds, but it seems unlikely given Chicago hasn’t been able to do much in this game.
