Beal Homes has entered the next phase of its in-demand The Greenways development, bringing 76 new homes to Goole - including a new design.
Phase three will take the total number of properties delivered at the 73-acre site over the 200-mark, with the first buyers expected to move into homes in this latest phase within a year.
When the entire development is complete, The Greenways will feature 800 homes – making it the largest single scheme in the East Yorkshire company's history.

Beal construction director Andy Devine said: “Since saying ‘hello Goole’ at the launch of The Greenways in 2020 we’ve made excellent progress in delivering this game-changing development for the town.
“The pace of construction reflects the exceptionally strong demand we’re continuing to experience for all the house types available at The Greenways.
“It’s also hugely encouraging when you consider this is the single largest development in Beal’s history, as well as a very significant commitment to bringing a high-quality new residential community to one of Yorkshire’s most up and coming towns.”
To date, over 80 buyers have moved in at The Greenways, with a further 25 properties reserved and almost 30 Beal customers due to collect keys to their new home over coming weeks.
The development is supporting the creation of hundreds of new jobs in Goole and the impressive economic growth of the town. Major developments in Goole include a £200 million Siemens Mobility manufacturing facility, forming the centrepiece of a new “rail village”, and a worldwide distribution hub for FTSE 100 company and regional giant Croda.
The third phase of The Greenways will comprise an extensive range of Beal’s two, three and four-bedroom homes. They include a new house type – The Castleton, a three-bedroom detached home which is described as offering “a light and spacious hallway, a large kitchen/dining space perfect for hosting guests, and bi-fold doors to the garden, ideal for al fresco dining.”
Buyers have the opportunity to work with Beal’s expert designers to tailor their home to fit their lifestyle and tastes exactly, with a new headquarters emerging in Hessle to build on the experience-led approach.
Sue Waudby, Beal’s sales and marketing director, said: “With so much pent-up demand for The Greenways, we’re delighted to be able to announce the next phase of the development.
“With so much positivity around Goole as an investment location, we expect demand for the next phase of homes to be very high.
“While buyers at The Greenways have so far been mostly from Goole and the surrounding area, we’re also receiving growing numbers of enquiries from people outside the immediate area. This reflects the significant investment in Goole over recent years and the hundreds of high-quality jobs being created in and around the town.
“Goole is ideally located, with excellent road and rail links to places such as Hull, York, Leeds and Doncaster, so it’s attractive to people working across a large area of Yorkshire.”
