Ola Jordan has once again been flooded with compliments as she filmed herself slipping back into her favourite catsuit after thinking she would never be able to fit into it again. The former Strictly Come Dancing star was supported by her fans last summer when she said she was left 'horrified' over 'mum bod' snap with husband James Jordan.
Ola shared her dismay at her body in a photo taken of her alongside her other half. It showed the pair stood by a pool, with Ola wearing a pink bikini. James, meanwhile, went topless, showing off his arm of tattoos, and donned a pair of beige shorts. After posing for the snap, Ola was clearly shocked by the way she and her husband of 19 years looked.
Ola's celebrity followers and fans were soon hitting the comments section to leave their messages of encouragement and support but the dancer, who left Strictly in 2015, has since been showing off her three and a half stone weight loss after she and James shed weight as part of an exercise and healthy eating overhaul.
The couple, who share daughter, Ella, previously unveiled their new look with a video clip shared on their Instagram pages showing them towards the camera as they appeared to drop six and a half stone in six seconds However, they shared how it took them four months to lose the weight with their own Dance Shred diet and fitness plan, which combines fitness moves with their favourite dance steps.
The pair have seen been promoting their new business venture by showing off their own results. Ola's latest video showed her getting back into a plunging catsuit, adorned with mesh detailing and glitzy diamantes.
The clip started by showing the 40-year-old at the start of her fitness journey. She said to the camera as she held up the slinky outfit: "So I've been sorting my wardrobes out and look what I've found my catsuit. One of my favourite catsuits to wear. I mean I wouldn't be able to fit in it now. It's like half of my body would fit in, but maybe one day..."
The video then fast-forward five months to show the professional dancer showing off her toned figure. Ola couldn't hide her smile as she went braless in the sheer sparkly catsuit, dancing around and posing in a pair of towering heels. She said: "Yes I'm back in my catsuit!"
Ola then captioned the video: "Am so glad I kept this in the back of my wardrobe! My classic catsuit. Back in the summer I dug it out as motivation to keep me going when we’d both decided to we needed to get off our bums and make a change. But I didn’t think I’d ever be able to get back in it!
"Maybe you have something in your wardrobe you’d like to get back into? Let me know what - maybe your wedding dress?! It’s a great way to keep you focused if you’ve decided this is the year you’re doing to get fit and healthy."
Ola and 44-year-old James, who also starred on Strictly, have been documenting their weight loss and have been shedding the pounds in time for Christmas. They previously confessed they have struggled to keep weight off following the birth of their daughter. In a new interview, the duo shared their shock at discovering they were in the 'obese category' when visiting their doctor.
The news led them to lose weight for fear of not being around for their little girl in the future. While James' weight has dropped from 15 stone 6 lbs to 12 stone 7 lbs, Ola has gone from 11 stone 9 lbs to 8 stone 3 lbs. Previously a size 14, she is now a size six.
