Strictly Come Dancing star Hamza Yassin has revealed how the dramatic ending to his latest performance with Jowita Przystal wasn't actually meant to happen. The wildlife cameraman and presenter accidentally included an unplanned addition to their terrifying tango for Halloween Week during Saturday night.
They held viewers spellbound with their moody routine to Chris Isaak's Wicked Game. Hamza dressed up as a king while his partner acted as a wicked queen.
They impressed judges Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas, scoring 33 out of a possible 40. However, while speaking to host Janette Manrara on spin-off show Strictly: It Takes Two on Wednesday (November 2) Hamza admitted one part of the routine was unrehearsed.

He left former Strictly pro Janette gobsmacked as he said the backwards 'death drop' - which saw the queen appear to kill off the king - was supposed to be him dropping to the side but it went wrong because he had painful knees.
Asked about the drop Jowita said: "I was thinking something is wrong actually." And Janette asked: "How did you prepare for that?"
She was amazed when they replied: "There was no practice." "What do you mean there was no practice?" she asked them.
Hamza explained: "My knees were hurting so I was meant to fall forwards." "Oh gosh you were mean to fall forwards?" Janette marvelled.
Jowita continued: "We were meant to fall to the side but Hamza said 'I'll give you the best fall ever but don't make me do it in the rehearsals.'" She added: "I trusted him."
Hamza explained: "And then obviously I made a mistake and was like 'either go now or...' Janette told him: "I was watching it. I'm a dancer and I was 'like how did he do that?'"
