Max George and Maisie Smith have got tongues wagging after fans think they spotted an eye-catching ring in their first set of new holiday snaps. The loved-up couple confirmed they were still very much in item as they jetted off on their latest getaway.
Former EastEnders star Maise concerned fans when it came to her relationship status earlier in the week after sharing a 'cryptic post'. The actress, who played Tiffany Butcher in the BBC soap for more than 10 years, posted a video of herself crying to social media on Tuesday.
The 20-second clip saw the 21-year-old, who is currently starring in Strictly Ballroom, shedding tears as she was comforted by her dog, along with the words "you didn’t deserve me" from the song Evergreen (You Didn’t Deserve Me) by Omar Apollo. Viewers of the video were quick to flock to the comments section with doubts over her relationship with Max, despite Maisie writing in the caption: "Nothing but happiness these days."

But the following day, Max took to Instagram to show a video of the pair in the airport. The Wanted singer was mesmerised by a plate-clearing robot as they waited for their flight before later sharing a video of them settling down in their seats on the plane. "And we're off again," the 34-year-old captioned the footage, as he leaned in for a kiss from Maisie.
And the pair have been clearly making the most of those sun rays as they put on a glowing, tanned display in their latest Instagram post. Max and Maisie posed up a storm in photos posted to both their Instagram pages which showed a stunning Maisie showing off her gym-honed curves in an animal print midi dress and red heels.
Max, meanwhile, looked smart in a white polo top, beige trousers and black Converse-style trainers with white laces as he gazed into the eyes of his new girlfriend. While it appears Maisie was the one to originally share the images despite them also appearing as a joint post on Max's main grid, she captioned the snap: "Baecation."
Her man was quick to reply: "I [heart] you," and as fans flocked to the comment section to share their 'obsession' with the new couple, who only went 'Instagram official with their relationship early last month, after first working together in 2020 on Strictly Come Dancing, they also wondered if the pair were more than just boyfriend and girlfriend.
@dominiquemyers71 asked: "Is that an engagement ring?" @jessp2510 echoed: "Is that a ring? On your RING FINGER?!" Others were sumply gushing over the pair. @oliverbrooks85 said: "Oh my god! It appears the couple are enjoying their break with Maisie's family. The former soap star re-shared an image from her mum to her Instagram Story. It showed Maisie beaming for the camera alongside her mum Julia and sister Scarlett. "Me and my beautiful girls," the proud mum captioned the snap.
As Max flooded the psot with a string of heart eye emojis, Julia appeared to confirm they were spending time in Cyprus Max and Maisie's relationship blossomed following his split from Stacey Giggs. The former couple had split early in the year, however, they rekindled their romance in April following Max's bandmate Tom Parker's tragic death. But they then split for the second time just four months later.
Max and Maisie were rumoured to have struck up a romance after touring the country together in the Strictly Presents: Keeeep Dancing! tour over the summer. The pair were also thought to have jetted off on a romantic trip before Max posted a sweet message as his new girlfriend made her debut on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins on Channel 4.
