Strictly Come Dancing fans were left bowled over without seeing any dance moves as the judges unleashed their 2022 Halloween costumes on Saturday night (October 29). Craig Revel-Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke look completely different from their usual glamourous selves as they got into the spirit of the annual event.
Opening the special themed edition of the BBC One show, Tess said: "Hello, welcome to our Halloween special. Tonight our 11 couples will be delivering an array of tricks and treats on the dancefloor." Co-host Claudia continued: "So for the last three weeks a couple from the middle of the leaderboard has been in the dance-off. It really is a dangerous place to be," before getting a chorus of 'oos' from the live audience.
The pair then introduced the judges who were almost unrecognisable. Motsi also looked sensational in a skeleton-inspired outfit with jewels covering one half of her face while Anton Du Beke went for a different costume, appearing as a long-haired pirate.

Meanwhile, head judge Shirley Ballas emerged as Addams Family patriarch, Gomez Addams. But it was Craig who stole the show when he strutted down the stairs as Morticia Addams, complete with a long black wig, matching gown with front split, and knee-high boots.

And it wasn't just Craig's outfit that garnered the praise. @liamxonnor said: "THE JUDGES' OUTFITS they've outdone themselves this year #Strictly." @SuzeTwelve wrote: "Gotta love the judges dressing up every year for #Halloween #Strictly." @rubyrosettared added: "OMG The judges Halloween costumes!!
