BBC Strictly Come Dancing viewers complain as judges give big scores

Strictly Come Dancing viewers have complained about the hit BBC show's judges following movie week. Big scores were handed out during the show on Saturday, October 9, as the contestants took to the dancefloor.

One couple, Kiss radio host Tyler West and Dianne Buswell, stole the show as they danced to the Charleston to Flash, Bang, Wallop! from Half A Sixpence. The judges were very impressed by the pair and scored the first 10s of the series, Liverpool Echo reports.

Head judge Shirley Ballas and Motsi Mabuse gave Tyler the top score, while Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel-Horwood both gave him a nine.

The 26-year-old presenter also received a "Fab-u-lous" from Craig, having run the London Marathon on Sunday. Motsi said: "Gee wow, how did he do that? Amazing, perfect, I loved it."

Shirley said: "He's still the real deal. Absolutely a brilliant performance on every single level, you were fantastic." Co-host Tess Daly said: "You have delivered a blockbuster - it's official."

While viewers of the show agreed that Tyler and Dianne's performance was incredible, many felt it was too early for the judges to give 10s.

Chris Lewis said: "9’s and 10’s in week 3 of #Strictly? Games gone." Claire Fairz said: "#Strictly feels really early to be dishing out 10's."

Another added: "Tyler was incredible, I mean the Charleston is one of my favourite dances, and he definitely did it justice, giving it all the energy it needs. But, I think it’s too early for a 10, so it’s a 9 from me."

Karen said: "You cannot take a 10 in week 3 seriously." However, other fans disagreed.

Rob said: "Tyler deserves those 10’s!!! That was a fantastic dance." Lara Badger said: "It was easily worth a 10. Excellent work."

And Dan Baynman said: "The first 10 of the series and Tyler and Dianne got 2 of them! I couldn’t be prouder of them right now! I feel quite emotional."
