Millions tune in to BBC's Strictly on a weekly basis when it is back on our screens and that includes partners and family members of the contestants themselves. Gemma Atkinson, partner of professional dancer Gorka Marquez, proved the point with an adorable video of her daughter watching the dance contest.
As Gorka performed with dance partner Helen Skelton on Saturday night, it seems the fans from the pro dancer's own home were just as impressed as the studio judges. The pair danced a Viennese Waltz to Grease favourite, Hopelessly Devoted To You, by the late Olivia Newton-John from the iconic film Grease.
Former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress Gemma, who competed in the 2017 series where she met her fiancé, cheered them on by sharing a snap of them in costume on her Instagram, according to Manchester Evening News, saying "Good luck Sandy and Danny." And after their latest dance on the BBC dance contest she applauded them by channelling the word favoured by judge Craig Revel-Horwood as she exclaimed: "Ah Ma Zing!!!!!"

Gemma then posted a video clip of three-year-old daughter Mia who appeared to be spellbound as she watched her daddy perform. Gemma wrote on the social media channel: "We're on take 246." alongside a laughing face emoji. The pair scored an impressive 31 points out of 40 for their routine.
Social media users also joined in the love for the Strictly act. One person wrote: "Helen and Gorka providing beauty week in week out and making me sob perfect." Another added: "Lovely from Helen and Gorka." A third added: "Helen and Gorka as Sandy and Danny. Just beautiful."
The comments continued: "I want a frock with loads of petticoats like what Helen is wearing. That was dead romantic. Good show Gorka."
