BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans upset as Dianne Buswell spotted in tears before dance off

Strictly Come Dancing fans were devastated after Dianne Buswell was spotted in tears seconds before the latest dance-off. The Australian professional dancer was visibly anxious as the couples waited to hear their fate during Sunday night's (Oct 23) results show.

Tensions were high as the pros stood with their celebrity partners as host Tess Daly revealed which couples were through to Halloween week and who would be left to face the dance-off. The final two couples to be called were Dianne and radio DJ Tyler West, along with comedian Jayde Adams and Karen Hauer, with one of the pairs potentially being sent home.

The suspense was seemingly too much for Dianne, who appeared to be crying as she wrapped her arms around Tyler, reports The Mirror. BBC viewers took to social media to share their sympathy.

@Flickersuggs tweeted: "Dianne crying OMG I'm literally crying with her #strictly" while @KittyLGallagher wrote: "Lads, is poor Dianne okay? I feel like she needs a hot bath and a cuddle. #Strictly #scd."

@ForBallumIWould posted: "Dianne looked like she was going to be sick", and @Soph_louise95 added: "Dianne heavy breathing bless her, can they stop leaving her to last! #strictly."

But Dianne's anxiety became relief as Tess announced that she and Tyler were safe and that Jayde and Karen were the ones in the bottom two. Jayde and Karen were later sent packing by the judges after losing the dance-off against CBBC star Molly Rainford and her partner Carlos Gu.
