Strictly's Helen Skelton made a "surprise" appearance during a breakfast show on Thursday, prompting calls from fans to give her a permanent position.
BBC Morning Live is usually hosted by Gethin Jones, Kym Marsh, Sara Cox, Kimberley Walsh, Sam Quek or Rav Wilding. The programme focuses on everyday concerns with today's episode centred around the cost of living crisis.
Presenter Gethin Jones was joined by Countryfile star Helen who is about to hit the road for this year's Strictly Come Dancing Tour. The mum-of-three said she was very much looking forward to it and promised "lots of fun".
BBC viewers said they were pleasantly surprised to see the 39-year-old on their tellies this morning and that her presenting skills "enhanced" the show. Many have now called on the BBC to make Helen a regular.
