BBC Morning Live's Gethin Jones has shared a hilarious backstage snap ahead of the show on Tuesday, June 20. The Welsh presenter, who usually hosts the breakfast programme alongside Kym Marsh, Sam Quek, and Helen Skelton, shared a sneak peek at his dressing room before the live episode.
Posting a picture of a vanity mirror and beauty products, Gethin revealed an unlikely guest sitting in his chair. Sharing a snap of Dr James Greenwood's adorable pet pooch, the presenter joked: "Bit of a queue in make-up this morning..."
In another, the Labrador Retriever appeared to be bending down to look at notes from her position in the chair. Taking another snap, Gethin, whose reflection could be seen in the mirror, wrote: "Reading her script... good girl."

It comes ahead of Tuesday's show which will see Gethin and Sam sit down with Dr James Greenwood for a pet clinic on all things grass seed season, stings and hayfever. The episode will also provide tips for coping with Long Covid and a segment on bike theft.
Ahead of the show, Gethin told BBC viewers: "Coming up today, from aching bones to brain fog and breathlessness, almost two million people are struggling to live their daily lives because of Long Covid."
He added: "Also in a medical emergency, every second can count, we found out ow a free app can alert if you're having a cardiac arrest and can even teach you the skills to become a lifesaver too."
