Hope Street is the brand new daytime police drama from BBC.
Set in the fictional town of Port Devine on the Northern Ireland coast, the drama will focus on the town's police department and the mysterious arrival of Detective Constable Leila Hussain.
Leila is played by Amara Karan, who is joined by a star-studded cast list, including Ciaran McMenamin, Niamh McGrady, Kerri Quinn and Aaron McCusker. You can see the cast list in full here.

The daytime show will air every weekday at 2:15pm on BBC One.
Hope Street is made up of 10 episodes with the first airing on Monday, January 31.
Each episode will feature a self-contained crime story, and the series will also follow the ups and downs of those working in the police department as they deal with everyday policing in the beautiful seaside town.
