Wim Hof is taking on board eight celebrities who will, as the title suggests, face their fears.
The extreme athlete - also known as 'Ice Man' - has dedicated his life to showing others just what they can achieve when they put their minds to it.
Some of the celebs have so far said that they have managed to complete tasks that they never thought possible.
Many viewers were even being taken aback by the celebs reaction to the breathing challenge last week - which saw some of the participants brought to tears.

Taking to Twitter, one said: "This snowstorm thingy's kinda like the BBC's, extreme version of ITV's (I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here) 'Celebrity Cyclone."
