BBC Breakfast's Victoria Valentine has shared a joke with her followers with what she gets up to during breaks from reading the news.
The presenter, 38, took to Twitter to share an off-air video of herself looking at home at the famous studio set - going as far as putting her feet up on the desk to show off her silver sparkly boots and long legs.
The funny footage also saw her applying bold lipstick and her make-up before checking her phone as she laughed with her colleague behind the camera.
Victoria then took a picture of what was going on behind the camera as she waited for her cue to start talking.
As the show came back, she then said: "This is BBC World News, I am Victoria Valentine, out top stories..." before smiling at the camera and launching into the rolling news.
Victoria captioned the post: "Every wondered what we get up to when the weather's on? A little window into our private world prepping for the next hour here on BBC News."
And the joke was well received by one follower who posted: "Thought there was a problem with the sound but it did not come on till you went on air."
But rather than adjusting their sound at home, the clip was actually a sound check as Victoria then added: "Praise be the lord. the sound desk's faders keep the p45s from the door!"
Weather presenter Simon King joked: "You mean to say you're not paying any attention?"
Victoria replied: "I do at half past the hour!! I promise."
Another follower posted: "Nice boots & always lovely to see you smile."
Another questioned the lack of sequins on the soles of her boots to which she replied: "It's only a matter of time.."
The presenter, who recently stepped in for Sally Nugent, has changed her name from Fritz to Valentine to pay tribute to her mum's maiden name following her split from her husband.
In the post entitled ‘What’s in a name?’ she explained how her name 'no longer fits adding: “In the re-casting and the re-crafting, I’ve discovered my name matters. And so I am changing it.
“I’m taking it in tribute to the Irish strength and solidarity that has scaffolded me as I quietly rebuilt,” she wrote.
BBC Breakfast airs weekdays at 6am on BBC.
