BBC Breakfast host Nina Warhurst pregnant after months of 'intense' symptoms

Nina Warhurst, a presenter on BBC Breakfast, has told fans she's pregnant with her third child after experiencing months of dramatic symptoms.

The journalist made the announcement on her Instagram page on Sunday as she uploaded a slew of snaps to celebrate Mother's Day.

Nina said: "Happy Mother’s Day to all of those who are any part of this endless handover of love, values, genes, chaos and perpetually crumb-infested kitchens.

"I’d like to say, 'You got this Mama!' But maybe you haven’t. I dunno. It’s hard isn’t it?"

Nina then said the symptoms she's experienced so far have been really "intense" and include migraines, vomiting and acne, as writes the Mirror.

Nina continued: "That said we are doing it again It’s been a funky few months… involving intense migraines, vomiting, morning kebabs, first time acne, small acts of violence against fruit, afternoon kebabs, tears, spontaneous snoozes, anxiety and more kebabs.

"I am settling in to the middle chunk (emphasis on chunk ) and enjoying the wonders of Mother Nature and her tiny kicks and flutters. The boys and the cat have been enjoying their new chair God willing, Baby Doner-Shish joins the outside world in the summer."

"I am blown away that we do this. And acutely aware of the privilege, born of nothing but fortune. Sending love to those who’ve had to say goodbye to the babies they lost and the ones they dreamed of," she added.

Fans rushed to congratulate the star, 42, as she shared snaps including her cradling her bump on the BBC Breakfast set, a picture showing off her acne breakout with fans and one featuring the presenter dancing around with her two sons Digby and Michael as well as the family cat.

One fan said: "Had been telling the wife for weeks that you were pregnant. Well now it's official and huge congratulations to you and your family on the bump."

Another added: "I bloomin' knew it!! Thought for ages now you had a baby bump. Congratulations, lovely news," while a third said: "You have been trying to hide it but I thought you were ! Congratulations."
