Bayern Munich chief sends Serge Gnabry transfer message after Liverpool 'talks'

Following Sadio Mane's Liverpool exit to Bayern Munich, it continues to be reported that one of his team-mates could be making the opposite journey.

Serge Gnabry looks to be on his way out of Munich, with his contract expiring next summer and, as of yet, no signs of a new one being agreed.

With the Reds facing the prospect of losing both Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino on free transfers at the end of the 2022/23 campaign, replacing them with the former Arsenal winger could be an excellent addition.

And while Bayern are determined to keep Gnabry, they admit they will have to find a 'solution' if he has his heart set on leaving.

Jurgen Klopp named as 'main' reason for why Sadio Mane left Liverpool

Pundit Trevor Sinclair has claimed that comments made by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp are one of 'three reasons' why Mane has swapped Merseyside for Munich.

The Senegal star ended his six-year stay at Anfield this week when he opted to join the German giants in a deal worth up to £35m and Klopp was quick to hail the forward, calling him "one of Liverpool’s greatest ever players".

But former Manchester City winger Sinclair believes that Klopp's comments about the African Cup of Nations last November, which were taken widely out of context and which he clarified soon after, has played a factor in Mane going, along with two other 'reasons'.
