One of the southside's most popular events is back with the local community organisers revealing the dates for this year's festival.
Ideal for families, Battlefield's Window Wanderland, which sees the windows of local houses and tenements lit up in a spectacular style, is set to return in the middle of February.
Running from February 11 to 14, this will be Battlefield's fourth event, with the first taking place in October 2020 during lockdown, and it's free and unticketed for people to enjoy, you just need to wander around and take in the views on offer.

This year's suggested theme is 'Peace, Love and Community', but the organisers were keen to point out that anything goes as long as it’s family-friendly.
Previous years on the walking trail have seen incredible performances in front rooms, amazing projections onto buildings, dance parties, giant human jukeboxes, intricate installations, pop-up bingo halls, hair salons and tattoo parlours and music filling the streets.
Described as a "magical outdoor gallery", previous entries, such as the ‘cat house’, which saw an entire tenement come together to create a feline-themed display, have seen the event go viral online.
This year, the Cat House, along with the Sunflower and Monkey House will be back with displays on offer between 6 pm and 9 pm across the four days.
They organisers are calling on local residents to get involved by registering on the Winter Wanderland website.
