Bathtub Gin has rustled up something a little different this Valentine's Day with a rose and cardamom version of its ever-popular drink. The pairing is found often in Middle Eastern and Indian cookery and are key ingredients in ancient love spells.
They have taken Bathtub Gin’s original recipe and added rose from natural steam-distilled petals before introducing cardamom from a cold-compounded tincture made separately so that the concentration can be controlled precisely. A hand-drawn illustration of a Bathtub filled with roses and cardamom pods adorns the bottle which is hand-wrapped, strung and waxed in Kent.
The bottle comes complete with two glasses - while stocks last. The drink sells for £36.95 from Master of Malt. And to help liven up Valentine's Bathtub has come up with a few tasty cocktails you can try...
