Yep, you heard us right: Baskin-Robbins is officially doing dinner. The Dinner Your Dessert range is launching on March 4 and is only available at participating stores. Trust me, it’s worth driving for.
I hope your spoons and your appetite are ready, as the new range is a feast, lemme tell ya.
Scoop Burger
Burger fiends, you’re gonna froth this. The Scoop Burger looks normal to the untrained eye, with the buttery brioche bun and the — wait, is that ice cream? Yep, there are ice cream patties inside, and you can choose from any flavours you want. The patties are topped with whipped cream instead of lettuce, and of course, how could we forget the sauce… special fudge sauce, that is.
Choccy-Top Taco
We’ve all thought about a chocolate taco at one point, especially after watching Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs. Can’t you just picture yourself biting into the Choccy-Tap Taco, expecting savoury flavours and then getting chocolate? It’s stuffed with mouth-watering ice cream, crispy-crunchy toppings, and drizzled with fudge — this will be our new happy place.
Ice Cream Pizza
If you’re thinking to yourself, “Oh, I’ve already had a Nutella pizza before.” Do I have news for you. This is a double fudge brownie pizza, topped with ice cream, choc fudge and toppings of your choice. It’s cute that they call the Ice Cream Pizza a family-sized pizza, thinking I’ll share the six slices with my siblings — HA.
Dough Nugs
Now, I’m most excited about this one. What do you mean they’ve turned savoury nuggets sweet?? Somehow, they’ve done it with the Dough Nugs, serving fluffy, golden brown doughnut bites with ice cream mash and caramel sauce gravy. Your mouth is watering, not mine…
Choco Loco Nachos
Okay, you know how I said that I was most excited about the dough nugs?? I take it back, the Choco Loco Nachos win. Actually, all of them win when they get in my mouth, but that’s not the point. Get ready for choc waffle-cone chips loaded with delicious ice cream and stacked with tasty toppings of your choosing. The fudge sauce is also very important, as no one likes dry nachos.
Thickshake or a spider
Finally, you can wash it all down with a thickshake or a spider (available at participating stores). Whether you choose two scoops of ice cream blended with fresh milk or decide to go with the classic fizzy drink route, technically, you’re just helping your digestion. It’s very important.
Can I get the dessert range in a meal?
Yes, you can! It’s been dubbed the Appy Meal (link), and you can get it through the Baskin-Robbins Australia app or via Uber Eats, Doordash or Menulog.
