Barry Keoghan shares gym pic of incredible body transformation alongside Jacob Elordi

Dublin actor Barry Keoghan has sent fans wild with a topless photo showing off his incredible body transformation in the gym with fellow actor Jacob Elordi.

The Dublin native who won a BAFTA for his role in the Banshees of Inisherin met up with Euphoria star Jacob Elordi and well-known personal trainer to the stars Kirk Meyers at Dog Pound, a gym with locations in Los Angeles and New York. Taking to Instagram, Kirk Meyers shared a photo of the trio during their training session, and Barry also reposted it to his own stories.

In the photo, Barry showed off his ripped abs by posing shirtless and made sure to show off his arm muscles, also wearing black Nike drawstring track pants on his lower half paired with some grey and white Nike Air Max. Meanwhile, Australian actor Jacob Elordi posed for the pic by pointing toward trainer Kirk Meyers, who did the same pose.

Both Barry and Jacob are set to appear on screen in the upcoming film Saltburn, and according to Variety the film is a thriller and is described as a “story of obsession”. The film will also star Rosamund Pike, Carey Mulligan, Richard E. Grant, and Cork newcomer Alison Oliver, with Promising Young Woman director Emerald Fennel to write, produce and direct the film.

Summerhill native Barry is busy working on several films which include a Billy the Kid film retelling and a movie alongside The Weeknd and Wednesday and Scream 6 star Jenna Ortega. In recent weeks, there has been speculation that he may also appear alongside Normal People star Paul Mescal in Gladiator 2.

Gladiator told the story of Russel Crowe's Maximus, a former general forced into becoming a gladiator under the rule of the patricidal self-appointed Roman emperor Commodus, played by Joaquin Phoenix. Now its sequel will follow Paul Mescal as Lucius the son of Lucilla and nephew of Commodus, while Barry might soon get the role of the villainous character Emperor Geta, Buzz.ie reported.

The project is set to start shooting in Europe this summer and is due to be released in cinemas in November 2024.
