Dublin actor Barry Keoghan and partner Alyson Sandro have confirmed the birth of their first child together in a subtle social media post.
The couple shared the news from London through a short video posted to Barry's Instagram story. In it, Westminster is clearly visible over the Thames before the camera pans to a bouquet of beautiful flowers and a card from fashion brand Gucci.
The card read: “Dear Barry and Alyson, Wishing you both a huge congratulations on the birth of your newborn baby! From all your friends at Gucci xx.”

The batman actor previously confirmed his girlfriend’s pregnancy with an adorable Father’s Day post on social media. The 29-year-old, who was first linked to Alyson in February 2021, took to his Instagram to share a photo of the gifts he received for his first Father’s Day last June.
The Dubliner received a ‘The Daddy Of All Daddies’ cup and a box of ‘World’s No. 1 Daddy’ Cadbury’s Dairy Milk chocolates.
Barry also received a 'First Father's Day' card with a photograph of him and girlfriend Alyson at their gender reveal party, as well as a hearty breakfast of fried eggs and sausages. Barry captioned the post: “Honestly feel like crying.”
The couple are understood to be expecting a baby boy together as blue confetti shot out of a box at their gender reveal party back in March.
The Dublin actor has starred alongside Hollywood's biggest stars throughout his career. His appearances in Dunkirk, The Killing of a Sacred Deer, and Calm with Horses have bagged him an IFTA award and a BAFTA nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting Role - at the tender age of 29.
He has also graced the small screen as the “heartless cat killer” in the RTE drama Love/Hate.
