Interim Rangers head coach Barry Ferguson had a 'long chat' with his players on Monday morning following their defeat to Hibernian at the weekend.
David Gray's men emerged from Ibrox 2-0 victors thanks to goals from Dylan Levitt and Martin Boyle.
Rangers succumbed to their fifth home defeat in a row, with Ferguson yet to manage a home win since taking interim charge of the club the month before last.

Ahead of his side's mammoth Europa League quarter-final with Athletic Club on Thursday evening, the 47-year-old lifted the lid on a meeting he had with his players earlier this week: "We got in on Monday morning, and we had a long chat," said Ferguson.
"I aired my views, so did my staff, and so did the players, which I am happy with. We have been too quiet.
"I came out of the meeting and had a good training session.
"We are clear on how we will approach the game [vs Athletic]."
If they are to progress to the last four of the Europa League, Rangers will likely need to take something from tomorrow's first leg against the Spaniards.
Athletic come into the game having failed to score in their last two matches.
Indeed, the Basque outfit recently played out back-to-back goalless draws in La Liga against Osasuna and Villareal.
They now make the trip to Ibrox as they aim to take another step towards making the Europa League final, which is due to be held in their own backyard.
