The death of a prisoner at Barlinnie jail will be examined at Glasgow Sheriff Court next month.
Scott Hannah passed away in prison just months after he was convicted.
Now a preliminary hearing of a Fatal Accident Inquiry (FAI) into the circumstances leading up to his death will be held on August 24.
The 31-year-old died in January 2020, seven months after he was sentenced at Glasgow Sheriff Court
Details of the inquiry were published just days after we revealed the death of child sex beast John Harrison will also be probed at a FAI.
The 73-year-old died two years into an eight year stretch for a string of sickening attacks on seven boys and girls over four decades.
A preliminary hearing of the inquiry on August 20 will also be held at Glasgow Sheriff Court, two years after he was convicted for the horrific offences.
According to prison records Harrison died of natural causes on April 10 last year.
A FAI is mandatory when a prisoner dies in custody.
