Barcelona are without Robert Lewandowski and Jordi Alba for tonight’s clash with Atletico Madrid.
The pair are missing through suspension, leaving manager Xavi Hernandez short for the journey to the capital.
Alba was sent off during last weekend’s ill-tempered derby draw with Espanyol, while an appeal to get Lewandowski out of the three-match suspension he was handed before the World Cup has been rejected.
While there are no fresh injury concerns for Barca, missing two such experienced players is a big blow.
Level on points with Real Madrid at the top of La Liga, the Catalan giants need to get back to winning ways as soon as possible.
Marcos Alonso looked an obvious swap for Alb, though instead comes Alejandro Balde. Lewandowski’s replacement, meanwhile, was always unclear. Memphis Depay was an option, along with Ferran Torres or Ansu Fati.
Fati, Ousmane Dembele and Gavi lead the line.
Barcelona predicted XI: Ter Stegen; Araujo, Christensen, Kounde, Balde; Busquets, De Jong, Pedri; Fati, Gavi, Dembele
