Barcelona President Joan Laporta has confirmed that the club are trying their best to sign Arsenal and Chelsea target, Raphinha.
The La Liga outfit is understood to be Raphinha's preferred destination, something that Laporta has now claimed.
As cited by Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, Laporta said: “Raphinha wants to come at Barça. We have communication and have spoken with Leeds. What's there is that there are other clubs that want Raphinha and are making their proposals."

It's already turning into a rollercoaster transfer saga, with plenty of developments happening over the past week. Arsenal were initially understood to be pushing hardest for the winger, but Chelsea managed to find an agreement with Leeds over a fee for the Brazilian just days after.
Meanwhile, whilst it's well documented that the 25-year-old would like to move to Barca, the Catalan club's financial problems is making the move a little more difficult.
The intent is clearly there, though, as Laporta has confirmed, so let's wait to see whether things gather pace in the coming days and weeks.
