Barcelona 'monitoring' Arsenal star Gabriel Martinelli
Barcelona are following Arsenal star Gabriel Martinelli with 'attentiveness' and could decide to pursue his signature at the end of the season.
Martinelli has openly expressed a desire to stay at the Emirates Stadium as his contract enters the final 18 months. His form for the Gunners this season saw him be called up to the Brazil squad for the ongoing World Cup, where he has started one game and made substitute appearances in two others so far.
Barcelona are keeping a close eye on his situation however and could make him a target in the summer, according to Catalan Daily Sport.

Arsenal given Joao Felix transfer hope
Earlier this year football.london reported that the Gunners were interested in signing the Portugal international, with Mikel Arteta eager to bolster his frontline. Arsenal went on to sign Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City instead but the 23-year-old continues to be linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium.
Atletico Madrid CEO, Gil Marín, has discussed Felix's future at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium after the Portuguese forward has failed to live up to expectations in La Liga. “João Felix has top level but because of his relationship with Simeone and game time… we feel that makes sense to consider potential bids to sell him”, Gil told TVE.
“I’d love for Joao to continue, but this is the current situation," he added. Felix has only registered seven goal contributions in 18 appearances for his club so far this season and scored in Portugal's opening World Cup fixture against Ghana in Qatar.
Mykhaylo Mudryk hints at £40m transfer exit
Mudryk posted a picture on his Instagram story, hinting that he feels he is valued at £40million. The 21-year-old has registered 18 goal contributions in 18 appearances for his club so far this season and has expressed his desire to seal a move to the Premier League in the future.
Shakhtar Donetsk's deputy Sporting Director Carlo Nicolini spoke on a potential deal for Mudryk, naming Arsenal and Manchester City as the two teams to be interested in the player. He said: “Arsenal and Manchester City are two teams that have taken an interest but there are also other clubs.
