Barcelona boss Xavi has insisted winger Ousmane Dembele is 'happy' at the club despite the recent links surrounding him with a move to Newcastle United.
The 24-year-old has endured a tough spell at the Nou Camp since his move from Borussia Dortmund back in 2017.
But following Xavi's arrival in Catalonia back in November last year, the French international has since returned to the side, much to the joy of his new manager.

Given the former Rennes forward is also out of contract this summer, questions have begun to be asked over just where Dembele's future does lie.
“I see him happy and acting like a professional,” Xavi said.
“I have heard of all colours, I can say that he trained to the maximum, even when he wasn’t called up.
“If he wasn’t a professional, I wouldn’t let him play. Instead, he gives something positive to the group. And he will give a lot from now to the end of the season.”
Given Dembele's staggering wages with the Spanish giants, the Magpies could look to strengthen once more this summer should they remain in the Premier League, with the Barcelona man a potential target.
Spending close to £90m just last month on reinforcements following Eddie Howe's appointment, United have since clawed themselves out of the bottom three with work still yet to be done however in a bid to secure their top flight status.
With 24-year-old Dembele safely in manager Xavi plans for now, the forward has enjoyed a strong return to the Barca side in recent weeks.
He provided an assist as the Blaugrana beat Valencia 4-1 on Sunday, registering his third of the season so far after 14 games.
