Microsoft has launched Barbie-themed Xbox Series X.
The company announced a collaboration with the highly anticipated film yesterday with a series of special events and rewards. Forza Horizon 5 fans are well-catered for, as players will be able to race like Barbie and Ken in an iconic bright pink car.
Gamers will also be given the chance to listen to real-life game developers from Microsoft speak about their own career journeys, motivations, and personal Barbie connections. A World of Barbie livestream on July 14 will see Xbox hosts race in Forza Horizon 5 as Barbie and Ken.

There are also several competitions which fans can take part in. A diverse range of Barbie dolls in Xbox Gear fashion are up for grabs as part of international sweepstakes, though no further details about how to enter these have been released yet.
But the Barbie-themed Xbox console has garnered the most attention. The Series X is fittingly bright pink and comes in the style of the iconic Barbie dream house.
There are also controllers to go with, with a range of interchangeable faceplates designed after Barbie and Ken’s distinct on-screen outfits. There will be just one console available to win via a competition.
Fans of Xbox and Barbie will have to keep an eye out on the official Xbox Twitter account and Microsoft Rewards on July 10 for a chance to win. The Barbie film, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, will be released on July 21 in the UK.
