A TikTok video that features "Shark Tank" star investor Barbara Corcoran getting a little too giddy about one of a boss' most difficult tasks is going viral -- and probably not for the right reasons.
"I love firing people on Friday," Corcoran says gleefully at the top of the clip.

"I would stop by someone's desk on Wednesday and say, 'Hey, would you have any time sometime on Friday?' They should have heard about the rumors," she says in a video that now has almost 24,000 likes. "'Yes? What time's good for you? Two? See you at two!' I couldn't wait till they came in to fire them!"

After that bomb drop, Corcoran elaborates. "I [fired] individuals who were negative. And my attitude toward the negative person was they were ruining my good kids," she explains. "People who are negative have to have somebody else to be negative with them[...] You've got to get rid of them."
The real estate mogul goes on to say that she "learned very early after firing one negative person [to] never tell them why you're firing them." Her preference is to instead tell the former employee that they "just don't fit the company."
If Corcoran's explanation was supposed to take the sting out of her statement, it doesn't look like commenters were satisfied. More than 900 comments poured in on the video expressing disgust at Corcoran's delighted approach to firing. The most popular comment on the post just simply says, "I love quitting a toxic job on a Friday."
