Bar Soba on Hanover Street have a creative approach to Asian fusion food, and one dish in particular is causing a bit of a splash.
You can order cheeseburger spring rolls, which are hand made in the restaurant each day.
The spicy sharing dish comes with Soba's mayo, coming backed with minced beef, onions and cheese.
Our colleagues over at Glasgow Live were pretty impressed when they introduced these culinary crossovers.

Bar Soba say: "Our cheeseburger spring rolls are a game changer!
"We make these by hand everyday, stuffed with spicy Szechuan minced beef, spring onions, deep fried shallots, gherkins and gooey cheddar cheese."
