A piece of artwork left by Banksy at a model village left struggling after the pandemic is set to create a £1 million windfall for its owners at auction.
The model stable first appeared at the seaside resort attraction last summer and was dubbed a "life-saver" by business owners Frank and Frances Newsome.
Experts say the tiny thatched barn could fetch seven figures at Anderson & Garland Auctioneers in Newcastle today.
The small stable was created at Merrivale Model Village in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk on August 6.

It was part of Banksy's Great British Spraycation - a series of 10 works that the mysterious artist produced along the East Anglia coast.
The piece features a rodent and the words ‘Go Big Or Go Home” scrawled on the side.
Banksy confirmed the artwork was his in an Instagram video and it was then secured in a perspex case, with additional security staff employed.

Frances Newsome, 60, said ahead of the sale: "The Banksy has been a life-saver for us as we’ve had to close so much due to the pandemic.
“We hope the sale will safeguard the future of the village.”
