Bank of Scotland, Halifax and Lloyds apps are currently experiencing difficulties with some customers unable to access their funds and make payments.
Lloyds Banking Group has said: "We know some of our customers are having problems logging onto Internet and Mobile Banking at the moment. We're sorry for this and we're working to have it back to normal soon."
They have said that the issue is only impacting some customers. They add that debit cards, credit cards and ATMs are also working as normal.
According to Down Detector, Bank of Scotland users started to experience issues with internet and mobile banking app at around 10AM this morning, with many still currently experiencing issues.
This appears to be the case for other banks that are part of the Lloyds Banking Group, including both Halifax and Lloyds.
Bank of Scotland customers took to social media to claim they were unable to get logged into their app.
One user claimed on Twitter: "I’m stranded at a train station in the highlands, can’t get on app to pay my train fare. Any ideas on what to do?"
A second user tweeted: "I’ve got stuff to put aswell and can’t, son mailed me to transfer him train fair and can’t even do that either ridiculous they are bank of Scotland is getting worse and worse."
Another has commented on the lack of update, saying: "This was 4 hours ago - you must be getting updates via incident management, can you provide an update to customers?"
