The contestants on The Great British Bake Off endure endless ups and downs on the scales, even after they've finished in the tent.
Last year's winner Giuseppe Dell'Anno says his weight has fluctuated wildly thanks to his delicious grub, after dubbing the contestants' annual pound pile: "The Bake Off Stone."
"People apparently always leave Bake Off with an extra stone," he laughs. The chefs feast on their cakes, as well as filling the kitchen with treats as they bake.
"I found myself addicted to Haribo sweets," he added. "It's a very physically demanding exercise, so I need sugars to give me the energy – that was my excuse."

But since then, the Italian star piled on 13kg while tasting the recipes for his Giuseppe's Italian Bakes cookbook.
He also gorged on the incredible edible clock – complete with moving hands - he created alongside fellow former champion Rahul Mandal and runner-up Andrew Smyth to celebrate National Engineering Day.
"I have to hide the muffin top," he grimaces – even his waistline sounds like a tasty dessert.
Though it won't have put off his legions of admirers, who live all over the globe, since the popular Channel 4 show aired on Netflix.
Social media sites are filled with fans gushing over fancying the hunk from Milan, but wife Laura - mother to his four children - isn't concerned.
"My wife couldn't be more underwelmed," he laughs. "I love that, because it's somebody to keep me grounded. If people are taken by these looks, there is space for everybody."
