The Bahrain Darts Masters 2025 is right around the corner as Luke Littler looks to retain his title – but what is the prize money for the event?
The Nuke is coming off a huge World Championship victory, beating darts legend Michael van Gerwen in the final to pick up the £500,000 prize money.
Last year, the teenage sensation won the Bahrain Masters after losing to Luke Humprhies in the World Championship final and he is the favourite to win this year on UK betting sites.
A list of PDC players will be present in Bahrain, as Luke Humphries, Rob Cross, Stephen Bunting, Gerwyn Price, Chris Dobey, Nathan Aspinall and Peter Wright are all in action.
They will be joined by Asian representatives, with Lourence Ilagan, Alexis Toylo, Paolo Nebrida, Xiaochen Zong, Lok Yin Lee, Nitin Kumar, Basem Mahmood and Abdulla Saeed competing.

Bahrain Darts Masters 2025 Prize Money
The Bahrain Darts Masters began in 2023 and 2025 will bring the third edition with Michael Smith (2023) and Luke Littler (2024) winning the previous tournaments.
The prize money for 2025 will be the same amount that it has been for the previous years and as it is not a ranked event it will not go towards the PDC Order of Merit.
Winning the Bahrain Masters will bring £20,000, the runner-up will secured £10,000, semi-finalists and quarter-finalists will earn £5,000 and £2,500 respectively while a first round exit will bring £1,250.
This means the overall pot for the Bahrain Darts Masters is £60,000.

When Does The Bahrain Darts Masters 2025 Start?
The Bahrain Darts Masters 2025 will begin on Thursday 16th January and end on Friday 17th January, with the matches coming thick and fast.
With the tournament spanning over just two days, it means the the eventual winner can win £20,000 for just two days of work.
Where Is The Bahrain Darts Masters 2025?
The tournament will take place in Sakhir, Bahrain at the Bahrain International Circuit and players will be looking to get their hands on the unique trophy.
The winner will receive the golden palm tree trophy that is unlike any other trophy in darts and all of sport.

Darts fans in Switzerland, Germany and Austria will be able to watch the tournament on DAZN and other fans across the world can again watch it on PDCTV.
What Is The Format?
The first two rounds of the Bahrain Darts Masters are played in a best of 11 legs format, meaning if a player picks up six legs then they will win the match.
Things start to pick up in the semi-finals, as it becomes a best of 13 leg situation meaning once a player gets seven legs then they will progress.
The final sees another increase in legs, as it takes up a best of 15 leg format and the winner will be crowned after picking up eight legs.
