BAFTA 2023 winners list in full as stars celebrate screen talent in glittering ceremony

The EE BAFTA Film Awards 2023 was held this evening, with the annual awards ceremony in London having celebrated "the very best in film of the past year".

There was much glitz and glamour at the occasion, which was broadcast on the BBC, and had been hosted by actor Richard E. Grant, 65, and presenter Alison Hammond, 48.

The winners of the various categories were announced at the Royal Festival Hall, which is located within the Southbank Centre - with a host of talent in attendance for the event.

It proved to be a big night for All Quiet on the Western Front which scooped seven awards. The Banshees of Inisherin and Elvis also won in several categories, with four awards each.
