As a footballer, it is always great to strike fear into your opponents. Less so if you're striking fear into ball boys.
Bafetimbi Gomis, formerly of Swansea City, has been terrorising defences throughout his career and currently plies his trade in Saudi Arabia with Al-Hilal.
After a moderately successful spell in English football, Gomis rediscovered his scoring touch back in France with Marseille before prolific form with Galatasaray alerted the Saudi champions.
Gomis scored his fifth goal in four games on Thursday as Al Hilal before Al Ittihad 2-0 to extend their lead at the top to nine points.
But it wasn't all smiles inside King Abdullah Sports City.
Gomis opened the scoring in the 68th minute and duly celebrated in his iconic panther style... much to the confusion of one ball boy.
The striker directed his prowl towards the youngster, who understandably reacted with confusion and fright.
It all ended well though as the kid got a free shirt for his troubles... and Gomis celebrated with win after the game.
