A man has been rushed to hospital after being pulled to safety from a north London house fire.
Emergency services rushed to Keston Road in Tottenham at 1pm on Friday.
Firefighters tackled the blaze next to Downhills Park for more than 30 minutes.
An eyewitness said: “The man was badly burned all up his arms. He was sitting outside in the rain waiting for an ambulance.”
A London Fire Brigade Spokesman said: “Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a house fire on Keston Road in Tottenham.
“A small part of the ground floor of an end-of-terrace house was damaged by fire. Firefighters rescued a man from the ground floor of the house who was taken to hospital.
“Fire crews from Tottenham, Kentish Town, Stoke Newington and Edmonton fire stations attended the scene.

“The cause of the fire is under investigation.”
It came after a woman was treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in Old Kent Road at 10.20am on Friday.
