South Africa replacement Thomas du Toit was shown a red card against England after a shoulder-to-head tackle on Luke Cowan-Dickie.
The Springboks were 6-27 up against Eddie Jones' side with 60 minutes on the clock at Twickenham. Luke Cowan-Dickie carried the ball into contact with Maro Itoje propelling him forward.
Malcolm Marx tackled Cowan-Dickie from the side, while du Toit connected with the England man shoulder-to-head.

Referee Angus Gardner was in conversation with Welsh TMO Ben Whitehouse as footage of the incident was played on the big screen.
"We've got a tuck-down from the number 18 green, into the head of the English player. For us it's high force and there's no mitigation, so that's going to be a red card," said Gardner.
It was South Africa's third red card of 2022, after Thomas' namesake Pieter-Steph du Toit saw red for a dangerous clean-out against France's Jonathan Danty two weeks ago.
The commentary team were in full agreement with the decision from Gardner and Whitehouse.
"We've debated one or two of them, but we won't spend long debating this one. Thomas du Toit heads back from whence he came," said commentator Nick Mullins.
"Bad technique, bad outcome, deserves a red card," said co-commentator Paul Grayson.
