Irish comedy Bad Sisters has been given a second season from Apple TV after an overwhelmingly successful debut earlier this year.
Sharon Horgan's series, set in Dublin and featuring a whole host of Irish stars, has been high on the streaming charts on the Apple service since the first episodes air back in August.
It impressed bosses so much that fans can now look forward to a second season.

Bad Sisters follows the lives of the Garvey sisters, who are bound together by the premature death of their parents and a promise to always protect one another.
The Garvey Sisters are motivated to murder their brother-in law due to his abusive relationship with their sister, and to rescue her from the horrific relationship.
Revealing the news on Instagram, Sharon said: "So happy I get to jump in the Irish Sea with my girls again."
She followed that up with a statement, saying: "The response to our show had been beyond what we could have hoped for. It gave us the opportunity to shine a light on stories that don’t always get such a global platform. I look forward to getting chilly in the Irish Sea one more time.”

“The original series was a limited series and I approached it in that way entirely and felt like the ending was satisfying. But it’s been mad, the response, especially to the to the sisters, especially to that family.
"It’s a tricky thing to come up with characters that an audience love and so – I don’t know. If I came up with a brilliant idea, if I thought of something that I thought was worthy, then maybe.”
