B&Q has slashed the price of one of its most popular dehumidifiers by £150. The B&Q dehumidifer originally cost £249, but the retailer has slashed it by a whopping 60 per cent, making it less than £100 at £99.
B&Q's MRD10 is an affordable and very easy-to-use dehumidifier. It is ideal to use in an apartment to dry damp towels, sports gear, or children's clothes. B&Q's MRD10 fits easily in small spaces and can be used in compact bathrooms, or to dry laundry in the home.
It also creates a more comfortable environment in the home as mould, excess moisture, and odor are kept at a distance. The dehumidifier promises to remove up to 10 litres of water a day, and has a handy feature that will shut the machine off once the desired humidity is reached.
The budget B&Q dehumidifier has an auto shut off at +5°C, to prevent icing, and is easy to move, lightweight and compact, says BirminghamLive.
The B&Q deal was posted on deal website HotUKDeals, where people hailed the dehumidifier as "game-changing". One shopper said: " Don’t know how I survived without one. Clothes drying and taking humidity away from the bathroom….game changer!"
And another said: "Picked up a second hand one, mid winter, well worth it, amount of water extracted from bathroom after showers and from a drying room is unbelievable."
Alternative dehumidifiers are also available on the Argos website. The Princess 10L Dehumidifier costs £150, while the Challenge 10 Litre Dehumidifier, which has a perfect five-star rating, is £140.
The Wood's 10L Dehumidifier MRD10 is now £99 instead of £249 on the B&Q website.
