B&M shoppers divided by £2.99 chocolate snack that's 'just wrong'

B&M shoppers have been left divided over a new special edition chocolate snack that's available to purchase now.

The popular retailer is known for its array of quirky snacks that aren't usually available at different supermarkets. This time, it was a pack of Twirl bites that caught the attention of shoppers.

Sharing an image of the new 'Strawberry Twirl Bites' to its 1.4m followers on Instagram, many shoppers were left with different opinions on the new sweet treat. The post racked up over 1k likes and 85 comments from B&M fans sharing their different opinions.

The post read: "It's always a good day when SPECIAL EDITION chocolate flies into a B&M! [strawberry emoji]. These Strawberry Twirl bites are delicious and a brilliant lunch time treat - plus they're only £2.99 [drool emoji]. Thanks for sharing [camera emoji] @mood4fooduk. Who fancies giving these a shot!? [strawberry emoji]."

Some shoppers loved the sound of the fruity chocolate, with others expressing their dismay in the comment section. Many tagged their friends to show them the new product.

Among the comments, one shopper said: "Hate fruit flavoured chocolate, just no." A second shopper commented: "Just wrong."

A third B&M fan said: "Don't destroy a good thing." A fourth added: "[sick emoji] Why, Twirls taste just fine as they are."

It wasn't all bad news though, with some B&M shoppers expressing their excitement for the chocolate treat in the comment section. One shopper said: "Oh hello!"

Another shopper commented: "Omg my mum is a huge Twirl bites fan, will let her know." A sixth shopper commented: "OMG I definitely need to try these! [star eyed emoji]."
