Chocolate lovers are drooling over B&M's latest limited-edition twist on a much-loved classic. The retailer has announced the launch of a new flavour of Mars bar, which was initially only available in Australia.
The 'salted caramel with honeycomb' version has hit the shelves in the UK and is pitched by B&M as a "must-try" for fans of the original. However, the price of a single snack-size bar has left some questioning if it's worth it.
The description of the chocolate on the Mars website reads: "Discover the un-bee-lievable taste of our new MARS bar featuring salted caramel with honeycomb flavoured nougat. Proudly Australian made."

It is thought the bars launched in Australia last summer, with honeycomb-flavoured nougat filling topped with salted caramel and coated with milk chocolate. Now they have hit the UK shelves in B&M, many people are taking to TikTok to share their reviews.
One shopper observed that they look like "a Crunchie and a Mars fused together", but another said that wasn't quite the case as the filling is soft like a normal Mars bar. A third wrote: "I dipped this in my cuppa earlier was lush."
B&M shared a photo of the product on its Instagram page this morning (February 21), writing: " This brand new MARS bar is in stores now - jetting in from across the water! Honeycomb flavour with salted caramel - it's definitely one to add to your must-try list!"
One follower commented in response: "Already had one and tbh it's really nice." Another added: "Need to try this!"
B&M did not specify how much the Mars bars are retailing for, but shoppers on social media say they are priced at £1 for a 47g bar. That's pricier than the original version, with most supermarkets selling normal Mars bars at around 65p for 51g.
However in defence of the price, one TikToker wrote: "B&M sometimes have Mars raspberry smash for about £1.60 each but that beats Internet prices by a long way, they're not UK bars really." Another commented: "I had a customer come up to me complaining about the price for one single bar, I tried to explain but they just won't accept it for what it is."
