B&M launches huge toy sale - and most items are just £5

Just in time for the summer holidays - and with many people already stocking up for Christmas - B&M has slashed the prices on a number of its toys to just £5 each. Many of the bargains in stores have been reduced by 50% and there’s something for all age groups.

From teddies and tractors to Peppa Pig and pencil cases, B&M’s best-selling toys and craft sets will definitely keep youngsters busy over the summer holidays. But you’ll have to be quick as these bargain toys are only available while stocks last.

The £5 toys on offer in stores from this week include a glitter make-up case, Barbie teacher doll, princess doll and carriage and dough and utensil set. Other toys selling for a fiver include tractor and trailer set, flip stunt car, mini drone racer and Robo6 RC Robot Buddy.

The news of the £5 toy sale comes after B&M fans heard the news that customers can now order from 1,000 different products online and have them delivered straight to their door. The service comes following feedback from customers wanting to purchase the more bulky items in-store, but who couldn’t always easily transport them home.

The new service comes at a great time as the discounter lands its huge garden sale across hundreds of lines within the outdoor living range. Any product available for home delivery will be marked with an orange van on the B&M website.

Digital director Jens Sorensen said: “We are incredibly excited to launch our online deliver-to-home service and make life easier for customers that love the range of discounted products from B&M but haven’t been able to purchase from store. We’re continually developing and improving the offering available to customers, and creating this more accessible shopping experience is a fantastic step forward for the business.

“It’s been an incredibly exciting launch to work on and we’re so happy that customers are now able to start using the transactional website and have access to products they wouldn’t have been able to in the past.”

CEO Simon Arora added: “With over a third of the UK population not having a B&M store in their local area, this is an exciting new opportunity for us to serve the whole country with our unique and hugely popular range of bargains. The decision to launch this online trial came about as our customer services team have been receiving hundreds of requests for this service over the last year.”
