After months of speculation, B.J. Novak and TikTok star Delaney Rowe are officially dating, at least according to an inside source.
In case you’ve missed a chapter, The Office star has been linked to Rowe since December, when the boots on the ground over at Deuxmoi spotted them together in New York City.

The social media rumours came to a head earlier this week with a viral X post alerting fans to their romance, and now an inside source has confirmed Novak and Rowe are an official item.
While People, who confirmed the relationship, did not elaborate on what the source had said of the pair, they did confirm that Novak, 45, and Rowe, 28, have been dating for many months.
Rowe will be a familiar face for anyone on TikTok, since she has amassed over 3 million followers on the platform with her parodies of the all-too-familiar tropes seen in popular movies.
A personal fave is Rowe’s spoof of the unrealistic male/female ‘friendships’ in romcoms, which basically screams Made of Honor and My Best Friend’s Wedding.
Novak, meanwhile, is known for co-writing The Office, the beloved sitcom he also starred in opposite his former partner, Mindy Kaling.
The rumours surrounding that pair, who dated on and off from 2004 to 2007, are so intense that many believe Novak is the baby daddy of one of Kaling’s children, since she has never (and will never) publicly disclose the father’s identity.
Novak and Kaling have remained close since ending the romantic chapter of their relationship, and have clarified that their relationship is purely platonic, but that hasn’t stopped scores of fans who shipped the couple from reacting to the Rowe romance tea.

“The concept of Delaney Rowe being stepmom to Mindy Kaling’s children,” one user wrote on X, with another quipping, “Imagine dating someone knowing that they met their soulmate (Mindy Kaling).”
Whatever the case, I just hope Kelly Kapoor doesn’t get wind of Novak’s new boo, since the wrath of Dunder Mifflin’s customer service rep is a fate worse than death.
