Three people have been taken to hospital after a major explosion at a house in Ayr.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has confirmed that the patients were taken to Crosshouse Hospital.
The extent of their injuries is not currently known while dozens of emergency service vehicles remain at the scene in Gorse Park.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service currently have nine appliances in attendance as they access the damage caused by the explosion.
Police Scotland are asking members of the public to stay away from the area.
Engineers from SGN Gas have also been called to the scene in the Kincaidston area.

Pictures from the scene show debris scattered across the road after the explosion within a mid-terrace property.
It is understood that the two adjoining homes have also been badly damaged while some properties facing the house had their windows blown out by the force of the blast.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: "We received a call at 19:16hrs to attend an incident at Gorse Park, Ayr, alongside Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
"We dispatched a number of resources to the scene, including three specialist operations vehicles, six ambulances, and an air ambulance.
"Three patients were transported by road to Crosshouse hospital."

Waseem Hanif, a spokesperson for SGN Gas, added: “At around 8pm tonight we received a request to assist the emergency services following the reports of a serious explosion in Gorse Park, Ayr.
“Our engineers are currently assisting the emergency services to ensure the immediate vicinity is made safe in our role as the gas emergency service.”
