An award-winning fine dining restaurant in a plush neighbourhood has been put up for sale.
The Stockbridge Restaurant is a family-run business nestled on St Stephen Street and has been serving locals and visitors since 2004.
Over the years, they have been awarded an AA Rosette award and have been shortlisted for the Outstanding Restaurant of the Year category at the second Scottish Restaurant Award.

Owned by Jason Gallagher and Jane Walker, the pair announced they were selling their business after 19 years of feeding locals.
As advertised on Right Biz, The Stockbridge Restaurant has hit the market for £50,000.
The advert reads: "The Stockbridge Restaurant is a well-loved Edinburgh restaurant, which has been run successfully by our clients since 2004. After such a long tenure our clients are keen to pass on the premises to another equally motivated operator."
The new owners would benefit from an already popular eatery, just ten minutes from the city centre. It has carved out a reputation for offering a relaxed fine-dining experience in the city five days a week.
This comes after the restaurant took to social media to announce their decision. Earlier in June they wrote: "So we have been a bit quiet on the social front. It's been a difficult decision but we have decided to start a new chapter and sell our business to allow new beginnings to happen for many. We are still trading as normal and will keep everyone informed on when we are going.
"It's been a blast and as we celebrate our 19th birthday on St Stephen Street, we can reflect on all the experiences we have had. We couldn't have stayed here so long without the amazing support from our customers, suppliers, and our friends and family.
"Leaving on a positive note we have been shortlisted under the Outstanding Restaurant of The Year category at The second Scottish Restaurant Awards...please vote for us!
