An award-winning pizza diner in Edinburgh is up for sale and looking for fellow foodies to take over.
Balerno's Bocca Bona bagged the Pizzeria of the year, Edinburgh award for 2021/22 and Scottish Business Centre are looking for new pizza-lover to take over. The diner is kitted out with a roaring pizza oven and has been fully fitted and offers the Bocca Bona branding throughout.
While locals used it as a quick takeaway, it has some seating available inside and is on sale with a leasehold of £90,000.

The previous owners have 'regrettably' decided to put their beloved pizzeria on the market due to personal reasons and are looking for someone new, preferably a couple with experience, to take the reins.
Bocca Bona has built a loyal following offering a range of Italian starters, sides, salads, and mains. From fresh spaghetti to home-made Lasagne Bolognese from Sunday-Thursday.
With the trend of 'dining at home' becoming more popular since the pandemic, the diner caters to this and new owners are encouraged to capitalise on this with the large prep space available. In addition to this, with the strong customer base the new pizza-loving owners are also urged to think about franchising.
