'Average' £850,000 flat in London next to Chinese takeaway has impressive hidden feature

What appears to be an average flat from the outside actually has an unexpected feature - an indoor swimming pool.

The two-bedroom home, worth £850,000, sits next to a Chinese takeaway in Archway and has all the features you would expect, like a "trendy open plan reception" and "chic kitchen".

But just off the living room there is a large swimming pool, plus a steam and sauna room - despite the entire flat covering just 1,271sqft.

There is even a small balcony off the stairs which overlooks the unexpected leisure facilities.

The Hornsey Road, flat, being sold by Foxtons, appears to have been on the market for £1.2million with different agents in 2020.
